Happy Easter everyone :) We hope you are having a lovely break and spending some time with your families. On Thursday we decided it was time to make another ready-for-sale bear as most of our creations lately were custom bears. So we pulled out a piece of our new 'Wolf' faux fur, and whipped out our 'Lyric' pattern... and this cute little guy was the resulting teddy :)

 Pablo has been adopted already, but we do have a kit available if you'd like to try making him yourself.

Baby Piper

Our newest reborn-style baby bear. And our very first panda-baby! This big girl is 'Baby Piper' and she has found her new home. :)

Our little rainbow lady

This sweet little lady is 'Candy' - so named by her new mum. She was commisioned to use up the very last of our long pile alpaca fur and our rainbow-tipped faux fur. I am so happy with how she turned out too! (And I bet you'd never guess that this was our 'Alivia' pattern reduced down from 20" to 12" either would you! The fur makes all the difference when making bears).

Another gorgeous baby bear

Just a super quick blog post tonight - just to show off this stunning little custom baby bear we completed today. This little boy was designed to be the same length and weight as his commisioning collector's baby when he was born. He was also built to fit that stunning plush teddy bear romper. He ended up with the sweetest little face as well!

I do love the baby bears with their heavy, floppy heads and cuddly bodies!

Einstein

Check out this chubby little bubby! This little fellow is 'Einstein' - a special custom order we had earlier this week. The idea was to make a patch-work bear with as many bright colours of mohair as we could. This little guy was the result. I don't often struggle to send the bears on their way to their new homes... but this little guy was just a bit harder to let go!

Pinks and Purples

These are a couple of custom bears we have been working on over the last week. This big beautiful purple girl is 'Shadow' - as named by her new mum :)

She is made using our multi-version Lyric pattern (using the Panda-option), and our 'Purple Rain' and 'Ace of Spades' imported faux fur. I had never paired these two fabrics together before and am really pleased with the result. My photos wash her out way more then I'd like - this purple is RICH and DARK.

Amd this little lady below is 'Bella' - also named by her new mum. She is made using our pink 'Coconut Ice' faux fur and more of the black 'Ace of Spades' fur. Again in a panda style. This girl is a very petite 9" tall  - just perfect to sit on the palm of your hand :)
We don't have a pattern released for her though, sorry.

Baby Jackson James

This little sweetheart was just completed this morning. He's ever so slightly longer then my regular baby bear design and has been made to be rather heavy too... (I was day dreaming a bit while stuffing and filling him!). So he's probably one of the closest bears I've made to a full-size healthy newborn *human* baby. His little face gets me everytime - those big sad eyes and the droopy ears.

Baby Jackson is currently available for adoption. He is One Of A Kind.
