Booth Bear - the latest creation

Meet Booth - he's a little different to my typical bears. I decided some time ago that i wanted to try this style. Even though I'm not 100% sure what the style is... :P Is it primitive, or old-school, or whimsical, or pre-loved....?? Some advice on this would be awesome.

Anyways, what I did know was that I wanted him to have an oversized head (check!), short, squat limbs (check!), a long rectangle body (check!), wide spaced eyes (check!) and a charm totally new to my bears... (hopefully check!).

I think his head may be a little too big... but we can work on that with the next one. And again, Chelsea loved him. She kept stealing him just as i was about to line up the perfect photo. In the end I resorted to photographing him mostly on my hand so he was safe :)

He's currently available on bearpile and etsy. (if you really really want him though, I'd recommend using etsy as you can actually buy and pay for him without having to wait for me to return your emails!).

  1. The style is not important ;-) He is he and he is gorgeous. I love this blue colour ;-) I think the head is OK, it isn't too big. he is just "bearfect".

  2. Good Morning,

We agree with Alicia. He is wonderful and nope, we don't think his head is too big, it gives him "his" look. It just means that he has a big, loving brain. (o: And his name is great.

Your most important critic gives her "okay", and that is what it's all about.

And the photo of Chelsea and Oliver in the garden, so adorable :) It is so important for a child to grow up with a dog don't you think?
